Past Perfect helps restore and edit scans, family photos and everyday pictures.
All editing and AI features run locally on the device. Photos are not uploaded
to Past Perfect servers for processing.

- Mac extras: folder library, profiles, batch processing, non-destructive edit state, LUT looks
- iOS workflow: import from Photos/Files/share sheet → edit → save a new copy to Photos or Files

## GFPGAN guidance
- 1.4: most subtle, least “AI look”; good for light fixes and lower-quality / soft images
- 1.3: default; can apply a stronger correction than 1.4 depending on the photo
- 1.2: generally not recommended (strong beauty-filter look)
